Seller, dispatch and delivery area
Cooleymetals is operated by ALBERTO DE JESUS SAEZ.
Orders dispatch from the United States to eligible United States delivery addresses. The business or return address listed elsewhere does not by itself identify the dispatch warehouse.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order and payment confirmation, before carrier handoff.
For processing and all delivery estimates in this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Orders confirmed on non-business days enter processing on the next business day.
Creating a shipping label is not the same as handing over a parcel.
If availability or another fulfillment issue prevents dispatch within the estimate, we contact you with an updated estimate and available options. Where consent to a delay is legally required, we obtain it or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Applicable conditions:
Choose an available shipping option at checkout. The service and charge are shown before payment. Any destination or product restriction is disclosed before you place the order.
Processing and transit are separate stages. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival appointments. Holidays, destination conditions and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Checkout delivery estimates, including automatically calculated dates, should reflect the selected service and processing period.
Prices, taxes and additional charges
The checkout summary displays goods, applicable discounts, shipping and any tax collected before payment. We do not add an undisclosed handling or delivery charge afterward.
If an unexpected carrier payment request arises, contact us so we can review the charge and order terms before you pay it. Any additional charge proposed for a reshipment must be disclosed for your agreement.
Tracking
Use the order-status link in your confirmation email. When tracking is available, the shipment notification identifies the carrier and tracking details.
Initial carrier updates can take approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch. This is an estimate, not an extra processing stage added to delivery.

Address corrections, cancellation and failed delivery
Check your address, unit number and contact details before paying. Ask for corrections as soon as possible.
For new orders, submit convenience cancellation requests within 15 minutes after ordering. We assess when the request reaches us and whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Address corrections are separate and depend on actual fulfillment status.
If delivery fails or a parcel is returned, we explain refund or reshipment options. We do not impose an undisclosed penalty or automatically deny every refund.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
Contact us if the arrival estimate has passed, tracking indicates a problem, or a parcel marked delivered cannot be located.
We review the order and investigate with the carrier where appropriate. A delivery scan does not automatically end our responsibility to review a non-delivery complaint.
For damaged or incorrect goods, keep relevant packaging and provide a description and photographs where useful. We arrange the remedy due under the circumstances and applicable law. You do not have to resolve a seller-responsibility problem with the carrier alone.
Returns and original shipping charges
Eligible return requests must reach us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Ordinary change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer at the actual direct carrier cost; appropriate postage for defective, damaged or incorrect goods or our error is paid by us. No restocking fee or separate return-processing fee applies. The Return and Refund Policy explains the destination and complete instructions:

For an ordinary return, the original USD $3.99 Fast Shipping charge is not refunded once the service has been provided, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Free Shipping orders have no original shipping charge to deduct. We do not deduct a notional outbound shipping cost.
If a full-order refund is due because we cannot fulfill the order, failed to deliver it or otherwise caused the problem, related delivery charges are refunded as required. A whole order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full, including shipping paid.
